This Privacy Policy describes how Olympic Controls ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Harmonia mobile application (the "App").
To provide the App's core functionality, we collect:
We collect this information solely to operate the App and connect you to your Harmonia thermostat. We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or usage analytics.
Your email and account identifier are used only to authenticate you, maintain your account, and let you control your thermostat. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your personal information. Authentication and account data are processed through Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure that we use to operate the App. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
Sign-in credentials are stored securely on your device and can be protected with Face ID. Account data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
